14 Day Refund Policy/Customer Cancellation

The World Investigative Network (WIN) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the WIN.

If WIN refuses a new or renewing membership, member will be offered a refund.

During the renewal process each year, members must attest to continued eligibility for membership based on the criteria of being an licensed investigator, an investigator not required to hold a license based on regional authority not requiring one, or a verified representative of a non-investigative entity listed in WIN. Regular auditing of membership records will be conducted.

Right to Refuse Service 

Company has the right (though, not the obligation) to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any content, materials or information posted or transmitted by you using the Site or Client Portal, and the like, is appropriate and complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to refuse or remove any such content, materials or information that, in its reasonable opinion, violates any of terms or conditions of this Agreement, or is any way deemed harmful, inappropriate or objectionable. Company further reserves the right to make edits, revisions or changes to the manner of any content, materials or information posted, transmitted or displayed on the Site or Client Portal, and the like.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:

  • All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be cancelled/returned to the WIN.

The above policies apply to all WIN memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
