OHIO INVESTIGATORS ASSOCIATION

Description

Founded in 1992, the OIA is a professional organization of state investigators and compliance and law enforcement personnel dedicated to encouraging professionalism and cooperation between members and their agencies.  The Association is presently a non-incorporated association, registered with the Ohio Secretary of State's Office and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
At least quarterly, the members of the Association meet for a luncheon/business meeting.  The meetings include a guest speaker from the investigative community who lectures on topics of interest to the members. The Association cosponsors various educational forums, conferences, and seminars.
